These terms govern the travel services arranged by Vagad Tours. By enquiring or booking with us, you agree to them.

Quotations & pricing

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Prices may change due to supplier rates, currency fluctuation, taxes, or fuel charges until your booking is confirmed and paid as required.

Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once the required advance is received. The balance is due before the dates stated in your booking. Non-payment by the due date may lead to cancellation and applicable charges.

Our role

Vagad Tours acts as an agent arranging services provided by third parties (hotels, airlines, transport and activity operators). Those services are also subject to the suppliers' own terms and conditions.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits and any health documents required for your trip. We assist where we can, but we are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services we have arranged. We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), including weather, strikes, political events, or supplier failure.
